PAUL DRINNAN – STEP REGENERATION & MAINTENANCE THEME LEADER

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

EMPLOYMENT:

I am employed by Fylde Council within the Planning Division heading up the Regeneration service. In addition to the development of regeneration schemes across the Borough the team also deals with economic development issues, conservation and heritage issues, urban design and Arboriculture.

 

WORK EXPERIENCE:

Prior to being employed by Fylde Council, I worked for other local authorities in the planning field. At Fylde I held the position of head of Development Management and also head of Service dealing with regeneration, asset management and tourism. My present role includes inputting into significant and sensitive development proposals advising on design and conservation issues. The regeneration role has involved strategy development, funding bidding and the design of regeneration schemes. I am qualified in town planning and urban design and regeneration

 

INTERESTS:

St. Annes on the Sea, architectural history, conservation and old buildings, football, playing and watching, walking and some classical music.

 

STEP ROLE:

A project Board member and inputting and advising on regeneration, design and management issues on behalf of Fylde Council.
